Our Story

Lowcountry Cone Company is a veteran-owned, family-run ice cream truck serving Charleston and the surrounding Lowcountry.

My wife and I have always had a sweet tooth, and while planning our own wedding, we realized there weren't many options for bringing an ice cream truck directly to our venue. We loved the idea of offering our guests something a little different from the traditional wedding desserts, but finding a local business that could provide that experience wasn't easy. That experience is ultimately what inspired us to start Lowcountry Cone Company.
We wanted to create a business that could bring ice cream directly to people, whether that meant showing up at a neighborhood gathering, serving guests at a wedding, or being part of a large community event. Since getting started, we've had the opportunity to serve at everything from private parties and weddings to concerts and festivals throughout the Charleston area. One of the things we've enjoyed most about running Lowcountry Cone Company is getting to know the community around us. We love seeing familiar faces at our regular stops, meeting new customers, and working with people to make their events a success. Being a small, family-run business means we're personally involved in what we do, and we take pride in the experience we provide. As our family continues to grow, we're excited to keep building Lowcountry Cone Company alongside it. What started as an idea during our wedding planning has become something much bigger than we originally imagined, and we're grateful for everyone who has supported us along the way.
